Returning your purchase

You can create a return and send back your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Please print the return label and attach it to the outside of the box. Then, bring the parcel to the DHL drop-off center of your choice. Using the provided label will guarantee a refund in the event of loss or theft during shipment. Please keep the proof of postage until your return has been completed and the payment refunded.
Important Information:
- Please note that all returns must be shipped from the same country they were originally sent to.

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color. If you are interested in another model, you will need to place a new order for it.
- Products must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, accompanied by all original hang-tags, any related accessories including the Rudi Gernreich seals. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
- Returns of swimwear are accepted at the same conditions as above and the hygiene strip has not been removed. Please try the swim- and underwear items on over your own underwear.

We currently offer free returns for all orders and will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
- For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund payment to credit cards different from the one used for the purchase.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
If you decide not to use our return label/service and use a different courier, we are not responsible for any cost, loss of theft of the items during transport. In this case, please send your return to this address: Rudi Gernreich Eagle GmbH & Co. KG, Goethestrasse 79, 10623 Berlin, Germany.
Refund Timing:
We usually process the returns within 10 days following their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email from returns@rudigernreich.com. The refund time may vary based on the payment method used and usually takes up to 7 days following the return confirmation email.
